Making a claim with Coverbase is easy

How the process works...
1. Go to your dashboard
Login to your account, select which policy you would like to manage, and visit the ‘Make a Claim’ section of your dashboard.

2. Complete the claim form
Complete and submit the simple claim form. You can do this online and save a draft to complete it later if you need to.
3. Relax
We’ll let you know straight away that we’ve received your claim.

Our insurance team will then start reviewing your claim and will be in touch as soon as possible to update you.
